Let's take a walk from the intersection of Taejo-ro and Eunhaeng-ro towards Omokdae. Strolling down Taejo-ro which is constructed of granite, we can hear the sound of Lee Seong-gye¡¯s horves hooves on the granite road returning in triumph from beating off the Japanese pirate raiders, and there's a fairly large and stately hanok on your right. The unique Korean style wooden frames of the door of the building display an antique atmosphere and dark brown pillars and black roof tiles make this house look more magnificent.
The representative handicrafts are well classified and displayed neatly with complete explanations to help customers understand our traditional handicrafts. The Exhibition Hall is a great place where visitors look around the exhibitions or buy some of them, and they also experience the traditional games like throwing arrows in a pot or rolling hoops in the yard. |
